Murray is now in his 14th season with NYAC. Coaching since 1978, he is considered one of the best club coaches in Canada. Murray's swimmers have represented Canada at the National and Junior National level. Murray received the Ontario High performance coach of the year award for 2006 based on Julia Wilkinson's amazing performance at the Summer Nationals and her Silver medal with the women 4x100 Freestyle relay at the 2006 Pan Pacific championships in Victoria. In 2009, he was selected as one of the national team coaches for the British Grand Prix in the UK. One of Ontario's top swim clubs, NYAC can look forward to yet another great season.
