Training Approach

 

The NYAC Triathlon Swim Program is designed to provide a swim training regimen for triathletes of all levels and experience. Our focus is on stroke technique, endurance, strength, speed, and fun. Swimmers can expect to log between 2000 and 4000 meters per workout.
