Congratulations NYAC!

The 26th Youth Cup and 10th Mega City Meets have finished and you are to be thanked!

As the host club for Youth Cup, we have provided over 1000 age group swimmers to compete with clubs from across Canada and as far as the Cayman Islands. Mega City also saw new and returning swimmers produce personal bests and provincial times!

Congratulations athletes and thank-you to all the volunteers for giving us your time!

A special thank-you to Peter Cooling and the NYAC Meet Management team and their committee members: Vivian Hu, Steve Lim, Yvonne Moy, Brent Lockridge, William Williams, Olga Macel, Linda Liberta, Robyne Piccone, Daniela DiGuiseppantonio, Hilary, Richard and Jeffrey Turnock, Beatrix Lui and Willa Chu for their outstanding efforts before, during and after the meets. There are also many of our members and swimmers who worked sessions beyond their volunteer commitments, and we sincerely thank-you for your extra time donated.

Also, a big thank you to the Swim Ontario Officials, led by Horst Tietze. We are privileged to have your support and without your efforts we could not have a meet so professionally officiated!

Many thanks to our sponsors, PepsiCo Canada, Swim & Sports, Absolute Endurance Training and Therapy, and the Marriott's Courtyard and Residence Inn for their ongoing support, as well as to those businesses who chose to advertise in our program or to donate food to our swim meets and our silent auction.

Our next event for the entire club is our Red, White and Black meet at Douglas Snow on December 20th. This is such a fun morning with a club breakfast to follow hosted by the National and Youth groups.
