The NYAC Triathlon Swim
Program is designed to provide a swim training regimen for triathletes of all
levels and experience. Our focus is on stroke technique, endurance, strength,
speed, and fun. Swimmers can expect to log between 2000 and 4000 meters per workout.

Monday and Friday at the 50
meter Douglas Snow pool, North York Civic Centre, from 5:45 to 7:15 am. Wednesday
at the 25 yard Glendon College pool, York University, at Bayview and Lawrence,
from 5:45 to 7:00 am.

Swim suit
Goggles Pull buoy Hand paddles Fins Wetsuits are allowed and will
