coaching experience and is currently the Head Coach for the Oakville Masters
Swim Club.

The Oakville Masters Morning programme provides personalized intensive
coaching for both fitness swimmers and tri-athletes. Membership is capped
to ensure that the swimmers receive personalized instruction.
Focusing on
strokes, technique, endurance, pacing, sighting, strength and swimming
efficiency. Total distance
will be between 1000- 3000 meters |
