Lakeshore Swim Club is Canada’s oldest continuously operating competitive swim club, founded in 1930 by Canadian Sports Hall of Famer Gus Ryder. LSC is a family-oriented club that operates with the dedicated commitment of parent/guardian volunteers. Our philosophy is to give swimmers the opportunity to be the best that they can be, realizing that each one has different goals and talents. We encourage our swimmers to develop as far as their efforts and abilities will take them and do our best to accommodate a range of swimming abilities in an encouraging and supportive atmosphere. The club offers competitive and pre-competitive swim programs for swimmers aged 6 and up.
