Kamloops Aquatics Club (KAC) is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Swim Skills Instructor to join our team!
📅 Monday–Thursday
⏰ 3:15 PM–5:00 PM
📍 Kamloops, BC
💼 **Part-time **
Requirements
- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor certification OR Community Coach certification
- Experience teaching swimming or working with children is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working in a pool environment
- Current required safety certifications are an asset
What You’ll Do
- Teach safe, fun, and engaging swim lessons.
- Follow the KAC Swim Skills curriculum.
- Support swimmers in developing their skills and confidence.
- Monitor and provide feedback on swimmer progress.
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Follow KAC policies and safety procedures.
