Annual Meetings

The CSCA holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at a date and time determined by the Board of Directors. The exact date, location and time are announced in accordance with our Bylaws.

The AGM is held for the purpose of conducting elections to the Board of Directors, presenting reports from the president and committees, approving the financial statements, appointing the auditors and conducting other general business.
