Director of Swimming & Head Coach

The Parkland Pirates Aquatic Club (PPAC) is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and visionary leader to serve as our next Director of Swimming & Head Coach. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will provide strategic, operational, and technical leadership for all aspects of the club's swimming programs while serving as Head Coach of our senior competitive group. This is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation and help guide the next stage of the club's growth. With a supportive Board of Directors, engaged families, and recent investments in our training facility, the successful candidate will play an important role in shaping the future of the Parkland Pirates. Salary Range: $80-90K annually.
