WELCOME TO CSCA
Welcome to the Canadian Swimming Coaches Association.  Founded in 1966 and incorporated in 1991 the CSCA now serves a membership of over 3000 coaches from the grassroots to Olympic levels.  The four pillars of the organization are Professional Development, Recognition, Ingenuity and Operations.

Canadian Swimming Coaches Association (CSCA) and Swimming Canada Partner to offer “Assistant Coach” Opportunities at Multiple Events

The Assistant Coach role will give the selected coaches the opportunity to work within the National Development and Para swimming teams at staging camp and international competition settings. The CSCA will invest up to $10 000 in this initiative for 2023 to help cover expenses for opportunities
