The Canadian Swimming Coaches Association (CSCA) is thrilled to announce the successful candidates for its 2024 Professional Development Cohorts, which are already underway. Two cohorts have been launched: Leadership Development, led by Judy Riege, and Technical Development, led by Russell Mark. Both programs aim to elevate the skills and knowledge of Canadian swim coaches, enhancing their impact on athletes and the swimming community.

Upcoming Opportunities
Two additional CSCA Professional Development Cohorts are currently open for applications until December 16, 2024:
· The Women in Coaching Cohort (Year 2)**, running from February through June 2025.
· The Inaugural Sports Nutrition Cohort**, led by Joanna Irvine of CSI Pacific, which focuses on integrating nutritional strategies to optimize athlete performance.
