CSCA Holds 2026 Annual General Meeting
The Canadian Swimming Coaches Association (CSCA) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 22, 2026, bringing members together to review the organization’s progress, governance, and priorities over the 2024-2025 season.
The meeting was led by CSCA President Carl Simonson, who guided members through the agenda and reflected on key developments across the organization. Board members presented reports on their respective portfolios, highlighting ongoing initiatives, program growth, and strategic priorities.
Members also reviewed and approved the CSCA financial statements for the 2024–2025 fiscal year, reaffirming the organization’s strong financial stewardship and transparency.
Elections were held for three Board positions. The CSCA is pleased to announce that Ryan Mallette was re-elected, while Philip Garverick and Steven Hitchings were newly elected, each beginning three-year terms on the Board of Directors.
The CSCA thanks all members for their engagement and continued support, and looks forward to building on the momentum created through strong leadership, collaboration, and service to Canada’s coaching community.
